Return an Item

Please note the following:

• after submitting the withdrawal request, the rug must be returned within 14 days;
• the returned rug must be handled with care and may only be handled to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and suitability;
• if the rug becomes soiled, damaged or otherwise loses value while in the customer’s possession, the amount refunded may be reduced accordingly;
• the direct cost of returning the rug is borne by the buyer;
• due to the size of some rugs, a courier service may be required for the return;
• once we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with our Terms and Conditions;
• natural signs of age and wear characteristic of vintage rugs, as well as wear or imperfections disclosed in the product description or photographs before purchase, are not in themselves considered defects.
