Handmade rugs are made to last, but years of use inevitably leave their mark. We offer professional rug cleaning and repair services, and we can also help if you are looking for a specific rug that is not currently available in our collection.
Rug cleaning
Every rug is different, which is why we choose the most suitable cleaning method based on its material, age and condition. Our rugs are cleaned by hand, and each one is treated individually.

Rug repair
Time and everyday use leave their mark on a rug, but damage does not necessarily mean that its story has to end.
We help restore worn and damaged handmade rugs and carry out repairs by hand.
Whether a rug can be repaired and how much the work will cost depends on the individual rug and the extent of the damage.
For an initial assessment, send us photos of the entire rug as well as close-up photos of the damaged area.

Everyday rug care
For regular care, gentle vacuuming is generally enough to keep a handmade rug in good condition. We also recommend rotating the rug from time to time so that wear and exposure to sunlight are distributed as evenly as possible.
For more stubborn stains or deeper cleaning, we recommend avoiding strong household cleaning products and choosing professional rug cleaning instead.
